How ordering works
Custom orders should be exciting, not complicated. Here's how we'll bring your idea to life.
01. Tell us what you're planning
Get in touch with a few details about your occasion, business or event. Let us know how many tins you need, your preferred delivery date and whether you have a particular design or branding idea in mind.
Not everything needs to be figured out yet. If you have a rough idea, that's a good place to start.
02. Let's work out the details
We'll discuss your requirements, quantities, customisation options, pricing and delivery arrangements.
Once we've understood your brief, we'll confirm what's possible and provide a quotation based on your order.
03. Approve your design
If your order includes custom branding or event-specific artwork, we'll agree on the design with you before production begins.
This is your opportunity to check the details and make sure everything is right. Production lead times begin only once the relevant artwork or design has been approved.
04. We get to work
Once the quotation and design have been approved, we'll schedule your order for production.
Every order is prepared in batches, with attention to the product, presentation and finishing details that make The Brookie Tiny what it is.
05. Your tins are ready to make an impression
We'll prepare your order for the agreed collection or delivery arrangement.
Whether they're heading to a wedding venue, an office, an event space or straight to your door, your tiny tins will be ready for their big moment.
A few things to know before ordering
Minimum order: 16 tins
The Brookie Tiny is available for bulk and event orders, with a minimum order quantity of 24 tins. This allows us to plan production and customisation properly while giving every order the attention it deserves.
Lead time: 10 working days
Please allow a minimum lead time of 10 working days after your artwork or design has been approved and the order details have been confirmed.
Need your tins for a specific date? Let us know when you enquire so we can check availability before you commit to your plans. We recommend getting in touch well in advance, especially for larger orders or busy event periods.
Pricing
Every order is different. Pricing depends on the quantity required, the customisation involved and the delivery arrangements. We'll provide a quotation once we understand your brief.
Customisation
We offer custom branding and event-specific designs, subject to feasibility and approval. The available options, artwork requirements and any associated costs will be confirmed during the quotation process.
Delivery and collection
We'll discuss the most suitable delivery or collection arrangement for your order before confirming the quotation. Please provide your event date and delivery address when enquiring so we can plan accordingly.
